
The museum is located in Bad Windsheim and includes the former community brewery. Between April and October, the museum brew master makes fresh museum beer weekly. This beer is available for tasting. The former farmer’s garden at the “Seubersdorfer Haus” has been resurrected and hops is cultivated here just like it used to be. In the old days, hops were widely used to treat intestinal problems as well as bladder infections.
