The Brewery Schinner and its cozy Braustuben is located in the heart of Bayreuth, right next to Richard Wagner’s former residence “Wahnfried.”
Every day, there are four different beers on tap – the Old Bayreuth Brown Beer is especially recommended – and you can enjoy traditional, Franconian cuisine, all made fresh right here. For large groups of visitors, we recommend the Schinner “Hopfengwölb,” which is located right next to the Autobahn 9 (exit Bayreuth Nord). At the “Hopfengwölb,” a hearty buffet is offered every Thursday evening.
