The Zwickl Beer, sometimes also referred to as cellar beer or just Zwickl, is the quintessential Franconian beer. We call it our liquid bread. This beer is cloudy in appearance, as it is not filtered, and therefore contains many important nutrients. The Zwickl has the reputation of being easy on the stomach and extremely palatable.
